“Sadly on 22 Dec 2018 at 6.30 pm Leo (14 years old) passed away at the vets. I thought I would let them send him for cremation and his ashes to be returned (but not until Friday!) Next day I decided I wanted to say a final goodbye so I did some googling for a pet cremation service where I live. Rainbows Gate appeared so I phoned the number at 1 pm and spoke to Tony and he said I could bring Leo to him straightaway. My husband and I collected him from the vets and we arrived there at 4 pm, where we spent more time with him and he was cremated that evening. The next morning we collected his ashes (presented in a casket with a little bouquet of flowers attached, plaque and card). Tony was marvellous and I have no hesitation in recommending him. All I can say is that I am glad I did it this way.”
